Where do we deliver to?

United Kingdom: England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland.

Who will deliver your items?

For most orders we will deliver using Evri, smaller items may be sent via Royal Mail. We may also use DHL on occasion.

How long will my delivery take?

For mainland UK we aim to deliver your items within 3 – 5 working days from when your payment details are authorised.


UK Mainland Service: £12.95

We utilize the reliable nationwide delivery service provided by APC or DPD for all our parcels, ensuring delivery between 9 am and 4 pm. Our frozen baits are meticulously packed in robust polystyrene boxes, meticulously lined with newspaper to create a thermal barrier, preventing warm air from infiltrating and cold air from escaping. On top of the products, we place multiple ice packs to maintain the temperature within the box. This meticulous process guarantees that all parcels arrive in optimal condition the following day. While we go above and beyond to ensure all items are delivered frozen, please note that once they leave our premises and are handed over to the couriers, we are reliant on them to deliver within the selected timeframe. Live baits are packaged similarly but require less ice. We can ship both fresh and frozen products in the same parcel due to our careful packaging methods. Crabs are dispatched separately, packaged with seaweed and ice.

When placing an order, you MUST SPECIFY THE DESIRED DELIVERY DAY via email. If no specific day is indicated, all parcels will be scheduled for dispatch on Thursday of the same week, with delivery set for Friday. However, as live products, weather conditions, and tides may impact delivery, we cannot guarantee receipt on your chosen day, but we will make every effort to meet your request. If you’re uncertain, please call us to discuss your order, as conditions can vary from week to week.

We always request that delivery drivers leave the parcel in a secure location if you’re not available. However, once the parcel has been delivered, it becomes your responsibility to safeguard it. We do not offer refunds for missing parcels that have been correctly delivered.

In the event of a damaged parcel upon delivery, it’s crucial to sign for it as damaged to enable us to make a claim with the courier company. Failure to do so may affect our ability to compensate you.

If your order has not arrived by 3 pm, please contact us promptly so we can assist you in tracking the parcel.

Our trusted couriers successfully deliver 99% of our parcels on the next day. However, in the event of any unforeseen courier delays leading to thawed items, we regret that we cannot accept responsibility. By proceeding with your checkout and placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Should you encounter any issues with your delivery upon arrival, it is imperative to inform us on the same day. We kindly request that you provide photos or videos of the products to help us address and resolve any concerns. Regrettably, we cannot consider complaints received after this initial notification for refunds or replacements.

Please note that the cutoff time for next day orders is 11 am. While we strive for same-day dispatch, it may not always be feasible. Therefore, if you require next day delivery, we strongly recommend calling us as soon as possible to confirm its availability.

For orders destined for Northern Ireland (NI) or the Isle of Wight (IOW), please be aware that they are shipped at the customer’s own risk, and postage costs may differ. Kindly contact us to inquire about specific postage rates for these areas.


UK Mainland – Your order will be delivered within 5 days but no more than 12. If your order takes longer than 5 days please use the order tracking page to track or contact us. We use Evri and Royal Mail for delivery.
